Calp is immersing itself in the celebration of its Moors and Christians Festivities in honor of the Sant Crist de la Suor, marking the festive calendar on October 22nd. These festivities are a symbol of collective identity and a driving force for tourism that combines devotion, spectacle, and the recreation of the historical event of October 22, 1744, when seven Berber galleys reached its coast.

The program includes emblematic events such as the thrilling recreation of the Disembarkation on Arenal beach, the colorful and vibrant Parade along Gabriel Miró avenue, and the unique act of the Miracle that commemorates the intervention of Christ.
